What You Will Be Doing

Work closely with team of Instructional Systems Designers/Trainers to align support to customer needs and ensure customer-centric delivery, staying abreast of emerging capabilities/methodologies to support client needs.


  • Work with Suntiva management to ensure outstanding customer support
  • Conduct needs analysis for future digital acumen training requirements
  • Work with Instructional Designers to develop learning opportunities
  • Infuse the latest digital trends and technology into the Digital Acumen curriculum
  • Prepare and present training to the organizational and Staff using learner-centric instructional methods that result in knowledge transfer and enhance the learners' ability to apply learning to the mission
  • Tailor delivery methods to learners, drawing on a variety of tools including any existing courses and the development and instruction of new WBTs and workshops, informational brown bag sessions for the Digital Acumen Learning Program curriculum
  • Collect, analyze, and apply training metrics to enhance the Digital Acumen Learning Program
  • Collaborate with the Digital Acumen team, training leads, Skills Community partners, the academic outreach PM, the Extern Fellows PM, and DDI Talent Leadership Strategist to define the digital acumen training requirements
  • Stay abreast of changes in technology, discover emerging technologies and technology trends
  • Leverage institutional knowledge and relationships with SMEs to equip a digitally literate, diverse, and cutting-edge workforce
  • Identify emerging training requirements and recommend course updates or new courses
  • Incorporate skills-based practical applications, exercises, global case studies, and interactive knowledge sharing and collaboration into courses at the demonstration / performance level of learning

What You Will Need For This Position

  • At least a bachelor's degree in a field of study related to Information Technology (IT), or equivalent relevant experience, and a minimum 5 years of facilitating/teaching experience.
  • TS/SCI with Poly.
